Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Color by Yeti mobile application and website located at colorbyyeti.com(collectively, the "Services") operated by Sanolo UX Inc. ("Sanolo UX", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and child use

If you are under the age of 13, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for a child's activity on the Services.

License and acceptable use

• We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
• You agree not to misuse the Services, including by uploading illegal, harmful, hateful, infringing, or inappropriate content; attempting to reverse engineer; or interfering with normal operation or security.

User content and ownership

You retain any rights you hold in artwork and other content you create or upload ("User Content"). You grant Sanolo UX a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute User Content solely to operate the Services and as you direct (for example, when you share creations with others). You are responsible for your User Content and must have all necessary rights to post it.

Purchases and app stores

Any purchase you make through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store is processed by those platforms and is subject to their terms and refund policies. We do not control app store billing. Color by Yeti is offered without subscriptions; platform pricing and taxes may apply.

Safety, moderation, and takedowns

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend access if we believe these Terms, applicable law, or app store policies are violated, including to protect users and the integrity of the Services.

Intellectual property

The Services (excluding your User Content) are owned by Sanolo UX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanolo UX and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where required by law or platform policies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Venue and jurisdiction lie exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
