This Privacy Policy explains how Sanolo UX Inc. ("Sanolo UX", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Color by Yeti mobile application (the "App") and our website at colorbyyeti.com (collectively, the "Services").
What We Collect
- Account and profile information you provide (e.g., display name, nickname, or parent contact if account features are enabled in the App).
- Payment and purchase information when you buy products or services through the App, including transaction details processed by third-party payment processors (we do not store complete credit card numbers).
- User content you create or upload in the App (e.g., prompts, templates, and pixel art you generate or color) so we can save, render, and share it as you direct.
- Usage and device data (e.g., app interactions, crash logs, basic device information) to maintain and improve the Services. We do not sell personal data and do not track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising.
How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the App, including creating, storing, and sharing your artwork as you request.
- Process payments and purchases, including order fulfillment and customer support related to transactions.
- Maintain safety, integrity, and performance (including debugging, preventing abuse, and fixing issues).
- Improve features and user experience, including limited analytics and quality metrics.
- Comply with law, app store requirements, and enforce our Terms.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate and protect the Services:
- Service providers that host data, process images, handle payment processing, provide analytics, or support customer support and security, under contractual obligations.
- Legal reasons (e.g., to comply with valid legal processes or protect users and the Service).
- With your direction, for example when you share artwork or links publicly or with friends. Public sharing makes that content visible to others.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for third-party marketing purposes.
Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Color by Yeti is designed for young creators. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Information We Collect From Children Under 13
With verifiable parental consent, we may collect from children under 13:
- Nickname or display name (for personalization within the App)
- User-generated artwork and creations
- Technical information needed to provide the Service (e.g., device identifier, app usage data)
Parental Rights Under COPPA
Parents have the right to:
- Review the personal information collected from their child
- Request deletion of their child's personal information
- Refuse to allow further collection or use of their child's information
- Consent to collection and use of their child's information without consenting to disclosure to third parties (unless disclosure is integral to the Service)

Important: If you are under the age of 13, you should use the App only with a parent or guardian's supervision and consent. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account information and content, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or payment processing records required by law).

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) Compliance
Under CalOPPA, we provide the following information:
- Do Not Track Signals: Our Services do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals from browsers because there is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT signals. We do not track users across third-party websites or apps for advertising purposes.
- Third-Party Behavioral Tracking: We do not allow third-party behavioral tracking on our Services.
- Policy Changes Notification: When we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Effective date" at the top and notify users through the App or by email (if we have your email address). Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We implement appropriate security measures to protect children's information.

We may process and store information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where we or our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers as required by law.
